Frequently Asked Questions

All orders will be delivered by boda to the address you provide during checkout free of charge

Orders placed before 3 pm will be delivered to the location you provide at checkout on the very day the order is placed otherwise delivery will be on the next day from when your order is placed. You will not be charged a delivery fee.

Placing an order with Trio is a breeze. To place an order, simply follow these steps:-

• Click the add to cart button on the item(s) you wish to purchase.
• After selecting the item(s) you need, click the shopping bag icon or click the cart button.
• On the cart page, double check and confirm the items in your cart following which you click the checkout button.
• Enter the required details on the checkout page including the delivery location after which you can click on the place order button to confirm your order. You will then receive a confirmation email.
• Prior to delivery at the location you provide at checkout, you will receive a call from a Trio representative confirming delivery location and time.

We currently deliver to only areas within Kampala.

We currently deliver to all areas within Kampala and delivery is completely free

Yes an account is required to be able to place an order. The process to create an account is simple and you will be prompted to do so when you try to place an order.
